Donna O’Shea is qualified in pre and post natal fitness and pre and post natal nutrition and trains pregnant women and new mums in the comfort of their homes in Singapore.

Donna has worked with women with high risk pregnancies, women who have been advised by their doctor to reduce their weight gain during pregnancy, women looking to strengthen their core prior to c-sections and women looking to strengthen their pelvic floor and core, heal abdominal separation (diastasis recti) and lose post baby weight after birth.

One to one pre and post natal PT and Pilates sessions are available as single sessions or blocks of ten. Please see the PT and Pilates sections for more info.

THE BUMPer BUNDLE

Alternatively THE BUMPer BUNDLE is available to pre and post natal woman living in the Newton, Novena, Orchard, River Valley and Holland Village areas only.

  • 5 Private PT Sessions, (1 session a week advised)
  • 5 Private Pilates Sessions, (1 session a week advised)
  • Home workouts, Nutrition and Stretching Guidance.

This package includes 5 PT sessions and 5 Pilates sessions tailored to your trimester or post natal condition.  Sessions are 45 minutes each which may be preferable for pregnant women who do not wish to train for a full hour and may also be preferable for tired and busy new mums.

Included in the package is guidance on workouts that you can complete outside of your private sessions and Donna will also provide guidance on nutrition, stretching and pelvic floor exercises.

The BUMPer Bundle costs $900 . The package must be used within 10 weeks. Sessions are available Monday-Friday between 10am and 4pm. These are private sessions for one person only.
